Are You Stressed Out?

Aside from diet, stress is also a big factor for natural lubrication. If you're constantly stressed or full of anxiety, then your body can't relax and create that lubrication for the moments of passion. Yoga, meditation, and outdoor walk, or just listening to relaxing music for five minutes can help ease the body of the added stress and cortisol that's pumping through your veins. Most women have to feel relaxed and worry free to enjoy intimacy. If you're laying in bed trying to checkoff your grocery list, then the magic can't happen.

Juice 1 bunch of celery (yields about 16 oz) in the morning and consume on an empty stomach. Wait 15-20 minutes before eating or drinking so the celery juice can take effect.
