Endometriosis Diet Resource Page
Endometriosis can consume your life. It could be the first thing you think about in the morning and the last thing you think about at night.
You're frustrated when you have a flair up to the point that you look pregnant and something as simple as wearing pants is painful.
There are the common protocols of:
- Hormonal contraceptives
- Gn-RH
- Progestin therapy
- Aromatase inhibitors
- And more
But, is there something else that you can do that may be more effective?
"Studies describing the ability of foods with anti-inflammatory actions to mitigate endometriosis progression" have been continuing to show up.
While more scientific research needs to be done, there's TONS of anecdotal evidence that shows that modifying your diet can be beneficial.
I have endometriosis and I've seen amazing results with my diet protocol.
In this resource below I share EVERYTHING that I've learned through years and years of experimenting, testing, documenting, adapting, and tweaking my diet.
I'm pulling back the curtain so you don't have to go through years of testing on your own.
To get started, I've provided a video overview of what the endo diet is and how it works:
Does the endo diet actually work?
The short answer?
It depends.
I cannot tell you that a certain diet will work for you.
What I CAN tell you is that the endometriosis diet that I'm going to share with you has worked for me.
So, should you do the endo diet?
Since the endometriosis diet protocol that I share is...
- Anti-inflammatory
- Gut-healing
- Nourishing
- And more
I recommend that you try it. See how your body changes because of it.
And, thankfully, there are really yummy foods you can still eat like vegan street tacos.
I can't promise anything. But, you won't know unless you try.
Nutrition for endo - what nutrients does your body crave?
There are certain key nutrients that every person needs.
But, as a woman with endo, your body needs additional nutrients in different quantities than somebody without endometriosis.
While it can seem challenging to determine which nutrients your body needs, it doesn't have to be:
In this guide, I lay out exactly what nutrients your body needs to thrive and heal.
Endo meal plan
The hardest part about a diet (in my opinion)?
The planning.
You know generally what you're supposed to do.
But, you end up caving and stopping by McDonald's after work because it's easy (and because you didn't plan ahead and didn't want to go to the store, cook, and clean up after the mess).
This guide shares a comprehensive, 2-week healing plan so you don't have to think about what to cook for dinner tonight... (Or dinner for the next 2 weeks...)
Endo diet plan recipes
Once you hear the endometriosis diet protocol, you might think to yourself:
- "This food is bland."
- "Why do I have to eat literal cardboard for breakfast."
- "If I eat one more baked sweet potato with unseasoned chicken breast for dinner, I will flip a switch."
Here's the deal:
The endometriosis diet can be boring, bland, and frustrating.
But, it can also be exciting, tasty, and easy-to-manage.
That's why I've put together an amazing list of mouth-watering endometriosis-friendly recipes:
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and dessert.
Mouth-watering foods like Guac & Sweet Potato Chips...
I've got you covered.
Endo Breakfast Ideas
You wake up and you already feel behind for the day.
You (barely) pull yourself out of bed with the tips of your pinky fingers.
You drag your feet downstairs, open the fridge, and stare at what's inside for about 5 minutes.
Breakfast can be a struggle. And, with the dietary limitations of the endo diet, breakfast can start the day off on a terrible note.
Personally, breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.
I have dozens of endometriosis-friendly recipes that I (and my family) loves to eat.
Like this colorful morning fruit smoothie...
I share 27 of those recipes in this guide.
Endo diet grocery list
You walk up and down EVERY aisle of the grocery store twice.
About an hour later, you walk out of the store hoping and praying that you got everything you needed.
Five minutes into the drive home, you realize you forgot about ten things.
Imagine having a pre-populated grocery list right on your phone.
You know exactly what you have to buy. In exactly what quantities.
Forget having to write a list. This guide makes shopping easy.
Endo and food allergies
Most women that have endometriosis probably also (knowingly or unknowingly) have food allergies that can make their symptoms worse.
What are the common food allergies that women with endo have?
How do you know if you have food allergies?
How do you create tasty meals when you have food allergies?
This guide shares:
- How to determine what foods you're allergic to.
- How to create delicious, easy-to-prepare meals even if you have food allergies.
Sugar and Endo
At this point, you probably already know that endometriosis symptoms may be alleviated through an anti-inflammatory diet.
Because sugar is one of the main sources for inflammation in the body, you should probably avoid it.
But...
Is there an easy process to stop eating sugar?
What can you replace sugar with to have yummy treats every once in a while?
This guide shares why you should avoid sugar, what you can replace sugar with, and how to make amazing meals and desserts WITHOUT tons of processed sugar.
Peanuts and Endo
Peanuts...
Most people with endometriosis don't think about how peanuts may influence how they're feeling.
This guide shares:
- Why peanuts may cause flair ups for women with endo.

Potatoes and Endo
Salty, crunchy, vinegar-y potato chips.
They're amazing, don't get me wrong.
But, you should probably avoid them...
However, should you be avoiding all potatoes?
This guide walks you through:
- Should you be avoiding potatoes?
- Is there a difference between regular potatoes and sweet potatoes?
- How to prepare potatoes so that they're healthy, nourishing, and non-inflammatory.
Gluten and Endo
Gluten-free.
The fad of the 2010s (according to a lot of people).
There are now gluten free waffles, donuts, breads, cakes, brownies, and anything else you can think of.
As a woman with endometriosis, should you be eliminating gluten from your diet?
Just because things are gluten-free does NOT mean that they're healthy.
This guide shares:
- Why you should eliminate gluten (or at least reduce it/eat unprocessed, ancient wheat).
- Whether or not you should be eating gluten-free treats.
- How to navigate your diet without eating gluten.
Eggs and Endo
Eggs, for some, may cause inflammation that makes endo symptoms much worse.
Are you one of those people?
This guide shares:
- How to know if you should avoid eggs or not.
- How to successfully avoid eggs (since eggs are hidden in a LOT of processed foods).
- How to potentially "re-introduce" eggs into your diet.

You start to see your tanned, 6-pack body in the mirror. You smile at how SEXY you look...
Then you wake up from your dream, move your sleepy hands to your gut, and realize that you actually don't have a 6-pack.
